I have a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Kentish Town, North West London. My property is housing association. I live on the 2nd floor which is the top floor and no one above me which is lovely. I have wooden flooring throughout the property, a tv intercom in hallway so very secure. I have an open plan kitchen/living room, french windows in living room a double bedroom and the smaller room fits a double bed in it also. My toilet and bathroom are combined and my rent is £92.00 pw. This property is only 4 years old.

The reason i am moving is my housing association will not allow a dog and my son really wants a dog, my neighbours are all very friendly and i live in a block of 12 flats on a side road not an estate which has intercom security and very near a Police Station and main shops ie: Iceland, Post Office, school etc...
