We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Supervisor for part of a Housing Group based in West London.

The successful candidate will be required to manage teams of maintenance operatives and contracts to Housing Association standards and guidelines.

Requirements:
* Experienced in role of a similar nature - housing background desirable.
* OWN VEHICLE ESSENTIAL - will be travel involved to various properties in the London area.
* Good knowledge of building standards and regulations.
* Health & Safety knowledge.
* CSCS.
* Available to start A.S.A.P!

Rate: £12.00 per hour + holiday pay + mileage + expenses
Hours: 39 per week Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5.00pm / Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
