German speaking Customer Service Representative, with either Dutch or Spanish
Position: Customer Services Representative –German speaking with one extra European language
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00
Salary: £16,000 per annum

arvato loyalty services are an outsourcing company based in Twickenham. We work with a number of global clients to deliver comprehensive solutions using a full range of Relationship Marketing and loyalty services including data and IT solutions management, contact centre and fulfilment.
We are currently looking for two personable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our multi-lingual customer service team.
As a Customer Service Agent you will:
• Receive inbound enquiries
• Display a high level of understanding and knowledge of our client’s products and services
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, following up any follow issues to ensure same day resolution
• Liaise between customers, suppliers, the client and the team to achieve excellent communication
• Identify and escalate any customer complaints/issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle written correspondence, e-mail/white paper, in a timely and efficient manner
What you would bring to the role is:
• Previous experience in customer care, with at least one year’s direct experience is desirable but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow processes
• Highly proactive and willing to take on extra responsibilities if required
• Written and spoken linguistic ability in all languages to a professional level
• A positive, customer focused attitude.
• Team player, in tune with the aims and objectives of the team, working to team goals and supporting other team members
• Flexibility, understanding cultural differences
Applicants must be fluent (both spoken and written) in German and in either Dutch or Spanish. A good level of spoken and written English is also required as all training and briefing will be in English.
