An excellent opportunity to join the team at the Express by Holiday Inn London-Croydon. A limited service hotel with 156 bedrooms and 8 conference rooms is seeking a higly motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver a high standard of customer service.

You will work 4 shifts a week as follows:

2 Late shifts 14.45 - 23.15
2 Night shifts 22.45 - 07.15

PLEASE CONSIDER TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE ABOVE SHIFTS AND LOCATION BEFORE APPLYING.

You will have 3 days off each week.
The position involves weekend work.

The role involves:
Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the hotel
Checking in and checking out guests
Working in the hotel bar
Assisting with all guest enquiries
Assisting in conference room operation and set up
Perparing and running the Night Audit in the hotel
Setting up the buffet breakfast

The ideal candidate will have:
PREVIOUS HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
A genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service
An excellent level of English
Excellent communication skills
A high level of initiative that will help with the responsibiltiy of the job.

Canditates must be able to work in the UK
