My Rates
For a basic Ikea kitchen or off the shelf kitchen I charge £1900 for fitting the basic kitchen. However this isn’t including tiling walls or floor or decorating.
If you want that factored into the cost then tiling for floor is £500 to £700 extra same with wall tiling. I will help you choose the tiles and tell you what is wearable same with wall tiles, a new kitchen will add thousands to your property as rule and thumb everyone looks at the kitchen 1st, then the bathroom 2nd.

Laying flooring
I charge £25 per metre square when buying flooring buy the best you can afford as flooring have a life span between 7 to 20 years depending on the thickness that you buy,

Fitting up ceiling lights
I charge £60 for a simple non rewiring ceiling light
Plugs and light sockets I charge £25.00 per light socket as long as it doesn’t need new wiring and £45 per wall sockets.

Hanging and shaving doors
I charge £100 per door pre-existing door if new doors need to hung I will quote you on this and tell what doors I believe meet your needs

Installing a plasma on your wall
I charge £200 If you want the wires channeled into the wall it will cost you an extra £150.00 this is a basic guide price and depends on what you want.

Shelving put up £60 to £70 depending again on what your requirements are

Before I undertake any work I like to make a few things clear.
1) BUILDING REGULATIONS
Building regulations for garage conversions are a legal requirement even where formal planning is not required.
If you do not obtain this approval it could lead to difficulties when you come to sell your property, the local council may even ask you to convert it back
Who ever you get to carry out your conversion you MUST make sure that they deal with all this on your behalf to make sure your conversion is safe and to current building regulations.
I will do a Garage Conversion unless the above is carried out. I will always deal with these matters on your behalf. On your acceptance of my quotation will pay and submit the building notice to your local authority. Then through out the conversion we will liase with the local authorities and get inspections at various stages. Then on completion you will be issued with your completion certificate.
2) Let’s be open here it safe guards you, and me when I undertake your work.

3) A Contract will be drawn up clearly giving steps of what work is going to be done, and at what time frame and stages

4) I understand everyone has a budget and time frames can over run when you the client may add extra things in when the work is going on, let’s be open here before I start a project lets sort out all these snagging things. I.E new lights switches new ceiling lights a radiator here or there painting and finishing touches etc. It makes your life easy and mine to when these are written into the contract.

As a fitters complete their work to the highest standard with the littlest of disruptions.
I have an experienced team of fitters that can ensure your:
• Kitchen is secure, level with all minor details completed to a high quality,
• Bathroom suite has been tiled, plumbed and meets the required standards,
• Bedroom has been installed securely to maximise on both safety and life of your new furniture.
As part of our complete project management solution we can ensure that our fitters are available to install your new interior when it is convenient for you.
