Wholefood Cooking Workshop This Sunday Morning
Explore Wholefood Cooking, learn about ingredients for wellbeing and discover wonderful new recipes. During each workshop we will cook and enjoy a delicious, nourishing, three course organic vegan, wholefoods meal.
We will use a diverse range of natural ingredients including whole grains, beans, seasonal vegetables, sea vegetables and flavourful seasonings. You will become familiar with the energetics of food and the use of a variety of cooking styles in achieving balance.
Recipes are provided.

Explore entertaining for your family or guests with tasty, wholesome meals.
Sunday sessions are for lunch and take place from 10am to 1pm.
Workshops are £28 each.
