places below i would like to live if possible,to be near my family and friends,there must be someone that wants to live in a quieter clean area, where the only noise you hear is the birds singing their songs ...lots of fresh air, not smog!
its a NEED FOR ME TO BE IN LONDON,because of ILL HEALTH,i need help with my every day living,my life would be so complete if i were to live in London, as i have plans.and the time clock of life is ticking ..!so time wasters i have had to deal with,have had their fun now i need serious people that want to move!

i am not going to ask for a 2 bedroom i know anyone that has a two bed roomed flat wont want to move into a one..but if you do .then that would be so wonderful for me,i can then have family and friends stay to give me support.

actually where i live,the area and flat are impeccable, the flats and areas I have been to view previously,I was quite shocked, as reading the ads, it sounded wonderful,the area's were filthy and the flats WERE TERRIBLE, so PLEASE BE HONEST WITH ME,AS I AM WITH YOU,I'm in bad health and it takes me ages to get ready to go to view a property,


I HAVE >>

A lovely one double bed roomed ground floor flat,in a lovely close, in welling in Kent very clean area,grassy area's all around my flat and whole area,lots of tree's,only four flats in the block,ground floor and 1st floor.that is it. no high rise,

very quiet,lovely neighbours, have been here almost 10 yrs,no problems at all,

shops and station 10 min's walk, train 25 min's to charing cross and victoria,
newsagents 2 min's walk,lovely concealed area in garden for lying on lounger in the summer,surrounded by tree's
lots of free parking,buses 4 min's away,
GCH,DG,very large windows,rent £58,98 weekly

secure doors back and front,very safe ...pull alarms if you are elderly or in bad health,
the best area to be in welling,for council property,

dentist & doctors surgery 5 min walk,

the town has all the usual shops and also small deli's,coffee shops,plus TESCO,SAINSBURY'S,CO,OP home and food store,wonderful Chinese,noodles, award winning Indian restaurants,library,if there is anything else you need to know ask ..




10 min's from the huge Damson park,perfect place for picnics in the nice weather,boats for hire,sailing tuition ,bowls,etc,

also have town and country craft shows there,new sports/swimming pool centre opposite there,

3 miles to the shopping mall, that has all the usual shops,plus nice restaurants,cinema,Blue water is a 15 min drive, its fabulous there,huge cinema,every restaurant you can think of and the shops are fabulous,NOT LAKESIDE but BLUEWATER,
i have added many more area's in the hope someone wants to live in a clean quiet area,all you see & hear are the birds,

It's London & Quadrant housing assoc, they are excellent for repairs, and also if you have a problem, they call you back ASAP,the staff you speak to are great,helpful and so polite, you are not waiting weeks for a reply, very understanding and fair ..i have found in the 19 years,that i have been a tenant with them,also others speak highly of them.

places i would like to move to ...as these are the area's i have either friends in or my family,ONLY these area's please,OR A 2 TUBE STOP'S AWAY.NOT ESSEX DULWICH,OR SOUTH LONDON,thank you!

i have added a long list,so if you are not anywhere near these area's please, do not contact me,even if its a long shot..if its south of the river i am not interested, i need to be either a few tube stops away or a £5 plus cab fare away from my supporting family and friends,

I do wish you all luck in finding what you want,and that you will be happy within your new home,it can make your life heaven or hell where you live, i have no support where i am,for the past few years,having to pay carers to help me,just not the same as family.
which physically and mentally i do need to be near my loved ones .anyone that lives miles away from their families and friends will know what i am talking about!
