Exciting opportunity now available for an experienced assistant manager to join our expanding company. As assistant your duties will involve assisting the General Manager in every facet of the business as well as running the GMs days off.

You must be a hands on manager with high levels of enthusiasm and have a keen eye for detail. Some cocktail and food experience is preferred however not essential as in house training is provided.
