Sous Chef wanted for The Old Dairy in Crouch Hill N4
We require a Sous Chef to join our team of 6 staff serving great seasonal modern gastro pub food. Must passionate and hard working.
You will able to lead the kitchen brigade effectively, in the Head Chefs absence and help to constantly progress the brigades knowledge and skills.
We are a fast expanding, independent pub company and we offer excellent opportunities for career progression.
You should have an excellent command of English and have a current work visa or E.U. passport.
As you will appreciate time is precious in this industry if you are not serious about the above position, then do not apply.
