I am a 27 yr old female, looking for a flat share preferably in a female 2 or 3 bed property.
I have an adorable female jack russell who is house trained and loves lots of attention. She is also great with other animals cats or dogs. Would like to live with flatmates who loves dogs and would treat her like their own as she is very precious to me. Would like double room with enough storage space.
Rent should be inclusive of all bills. It would be great if the flat is close to the tube station also.
An outside space is pretty important so would be also great if there's graden or a park nearby for monica(the dog).


About me

I am a mature student, am very outgoing, however am not a party animmal, enjoy the usual... bars, theatre, cinema or just having a quiet night in. I also do like my privacy and I do respect other peoples need for that. I am very clean and tidy and do love to have things clean so would be nice to share a flat with people who are too. I am extremely friendly and easy to get on with.

Location: Am very flexible as to where i'd want to live as long as its close to an underground station rather than national rail and its also easy access to the west end. However I would like to avoid places outside zone 4 and other obvious areas.

Budget:£450 inclusive of all bills. Can strech a bit more for the right place. I can pay one months rent in advance and two weeks rent as deposit. And am looking to move in straight away.
