Author Shoes is a young, dynamic Company experienced in footwear retail. We specialise in exciting fashion brands not commonly found on the High St.

We are looking for passionate, hands-on, multi talented individuals who will grow with the company and add value to our team.The position is permanent and there is strong career progression for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring every member of the sales team provides exceptional customer service
- Managing stock levels based on sales activity
- Staff training and development
- Responsibility for Visual Merchandising

You must be commercially aware and have the ability to identify areas of growth within the business and have an understanding of customer demands and product trends. An ability to maximise customer loyalty and build a core customer client base is essential.

Previous footwear experience essential.

Salary depending on experience.
