Part-Time Admin Support For Friendly Housing Co-Op
"Experienced admin worker required for small south London Housing Co-operative for 2-3 hours each week, plus one evening per month.
Knowledge and/or interest in housing co-op's; computer literate; knowledge and experience of running and maintaining an office, and of admin duties; ability to self motivate & self manage; interest and/or understanding of Co-op ethos.
Duties will include opening and logging mail; filing and maintaining office systems; taking & distributing minutes of monthly General Meeting; attending to any admin tasks arising; liaising as required with other staff and elected Co-op officers
Pay at an hourly rate, applicant to deal with own tax and National Insurance.
References will be required.
