I have a double room with a double bed, and I'm looking for a nice and friendly flatmate or a nice couple to rent it.

The house is brand new, quite big and it's the ideal sharing house.
There are 3 bathrooms with toilets, the kitchen is huge with 2 sinks, 2 cookers, a big table.

I always pay attention that the house stays clean. A house cleaner comes 3 times a week to clean the common part.

The house is 5 min walk from Leyton tube station, an very close to off licensed shops, and the huge Asda store.

The rent is 135£ /per week for one person or 150£ per week for a couple

Facilities :
- Wireless connection.
- House cleaning 3 times a week
- All bills are included (Council tax - Gas – Electricity - Internet)
- Washing Machine
- Shopping Facilities
- Fitness Sport Center
- Big Commercials Stores( Stratford or Leyton)

I don't ask for deposit, and there is no minimum stay.
