Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager

The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunities for Full Time Bar Assistant Manager to join our team at the brand new luxury Sofitel London Heathrow based at Terminal 5. You will assist in the management and operation of our restaurant, contributing to the efficient running of the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel. You will work closely with Team members within our other catering outlets within the hotel to provide an excellent service to our customers and clients.

The Person
• Ideally, you will have previous Supervisory experience within
either a hotel, or bar environment
• A passion for excellence
• The skills to produce great service and to develop the
business
• Self-motivated and the ability to work in a pressurised
environment
• Team player
• A 'Can-do' attitude
