We are recruiting the following for our new fine dining Indian restaurant opening 16th June. Our location is Bank, City of London, EC2.
Head chef :
Must have minimum 5 years experience with international hotel experience preferred, must have experience of modern and contemporary Indian cuisine, fully conversant with food costs and planning, HACCAP, food safety management and health and safety legislation, good training skills and man management skills. Must have experience of working within a multi cultural team and be able to man manage a team of 12 including 4 kitchen porters. Must be fluent in spoken Hindi and basic Tamil. 35,000.00 ++ package.
Restaurant & assistant managers
: Must have minimum 5 years experience with international hotel experience preferred, must have experience of modern and contemporary Indian cuisine, fully conversant with food and beverage costs and planning, HACCAP, food safety management and health and safety legislation, good training skills and man management skills and smart appearance. 25,000.00 ++ package.
Head receptionist
:Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with hotel experience preferred, good training skills, good telephone manner and be well organized with pleasant personality and smart appearance. 24,000.00 ++ package.
Waiters/bartenders/food runners
: minimum 1 years experience with a pleasant personality, be willing to learn Indian cuisine, very smart appearance. Very competitive salaries.
