Our client a well respected Motivation business is looking for a Product Manager Following a recent reorganisation
we are seeking to recruit a Product Manager to manage the existing portfolio of products and develop new ones.
The position will report to the Deputy Managing Director as part of his marketing portfolio but will also have a close working relationship with the Business Systems team who are responsible for building the technology platforms behind our products.
Requirement
•A marketing and product development background most probably in the B2B or service sectors
•Ideally, experience of the performance improvement, motivation or incentives sectors
•An excellent understanding of web based applications, particularly in a B2B environment
•A good understanding of the creative and design process
•Experience of working with IT development teams, programming web based applications
•Good commercial logic and financial understanding
•Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
•Good PC skills including PowerPoint and Excel
•Excellent communications skills with the ability to prepare and present clear and effective proposals
Package
£25-30K
•24 days holiday plus 3 Company days
•3 month probationary period
