Edinburgh £35,000 - £55,000 depending upon experience

A fantastic opportunity to join a large, global investment bank based in central Edinburgh

Reporting to the Head of UK Funds & Insurance Account Management and managing a team of 3 x Account Managers. The role exists to ensure there is a proactive level of service against major clients to protect high revenue and clients with high revenue potential.

You will be covering top tier names with high internal focus.

There is also responsibility to monitor service levels and identify action plans to improve client relationships.

The successful candidate must have:-

• Comprehensive knowledge of either global custody, fund accounting, transfer agency or cash management product/services.
• Knowledge of Securities and cash operations, product and Risk Management as required.
• Mastery of Securities product knowledge – will vary from product to product.
• Strong knowledge of the client business environment and the UK Funds industry.
• Excellent internal and external networking skills and the ability to build strong client relationships at all levels of client management.
• Sound computer skills (such as Word, excel, PowerPoint etc).
