Two desks available in shared studio space in Zone 1. The studio is a converted Victorian workshop in a yard of 20 similar spaces. There is private access, parking, cobbles and an active creative community.

The studio houses five people in total, currently a photographer, a graphic designer and an animator. It is five minutes walk from either Kennington or Elephant and Castle tube stations, and 20 minutes by bus to central London.

Each desk is £200 per month including broadband, electricity and business rates.
