hi, i am a 25 year old girl and i am desperately needing to do my NVQ in health and social care anbd i am finding it hard to be employed without it. I am looking for a care home or nursing home or EMI home to allow me to work for them, for free, to allow me to do an NVQ which i will fully pay for and i will arrange the provider.
