One Violin! One Electrifying violinist! More than just a violinist...........a glamourous and exciting musical showgirl! Caroline has been a professional performer for over 10 years, playing in stage shows and high profile corporate events. Since graduating from the renowned Leeds College of Music with a BA Hons in Jazz music tutored by Cuban violinist Omar Puente in 2002, her career has to date been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. Amongst the many memorable highlights, she has worked on TV, appeared in top US musical and even run away with the circus!
Caroline is a performer who has pushed the boundaries of musical convention, with her passionate, live sets of jazz, urban, latin and contemporary melodies. Caroline has transfixed audiences around the world with her stunning and mesmerising performances.
She leads and promotes her own seven piece band Urban Strings, currently working in the studio towards the debut album and performing . She regularly appears as a guest soloist at jazz clubs, shows and club nights across the UK and Europe. Most recently solo cabaret artist for P & O Cruises and the world famous Spirit of the Dance, touring opera houses and theatres of Norway including Oslo’s Drammen theatre. Her career also crosses over to the fashion world performing on catwalks for Adidas, the Leeds Fashion Show, Strut Fashion - Radio Aire and Yorkshire Brides Vip Show.
Caroline has performed on Heartbeat ITV, Jimmy Savilles Big Wow show, BBC Radio, Billy Smarts Circus 10 month Uk tour, The Palace Theatre Spirit of Broadway USA, Duke Ellington Rep Orchestra, Limetree Festival 2008/9, Carriageworks Theatre, regular at the Hi-Fi Club Leeds, Wardrobe Leeds, Harewood House,Lladro exhibition, Launches of Hilton Spa Chester and Brigewater Place, Headlining -Hebden Bridge Arts Festival 2009, Circus Ricardo 2001( The biggest small show in town - The Times), Calendar ITV .......
