The Princess Victoria in Shepherds Bush is currently seeking a qualified, enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team.

We are an award winning dining pub in west London that opened in summer 2008 following an extensive refurbishment. Comprising a 60 seat public bar, 80 seat dining room, 400 bin wine list, wine shop, function room and soon a couple of bed and breakfast rooms. We aim to offer the best of ingredients, be they wine, beer, food or artisan products to be enjoyed whilst gathered around a table with friends.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for using seasonal ingredients, cooked simply with accomplished technique. You must like a busy environment and be a team a team player.

The candidates should hold relevant qualifications and basic food hygiene certification.
