We currently have an exciting opportunity to work for a 4 star independently owned and operated boutique hotel in Surrey which has recently been acquired by an award winning group. The hotel has built a reputation on providing Organic and Fair Trade produce and is passionate about global environmental issues, and aim to provide a friendly "home from home" atmosphere.



The position requires somebody with experience of reservations as well as answering the telephone and dealing with queries, check in/out, guest focused, and passionate about making the customers experience personal and friendly, complimenting the high standards and wonderful setting. Ideally you would have had previous hotel reception & customer service experience and enjoy working in this environment. The role also involves restaurant supervision so experience of this is also required. You must have UK experience to apply.
