Hi,
Phil is a young man currently serving a prison sentence. He loves writing but currently has no-one to write to. He is a sociable guy,has many interests including sports of all sorts. Phil has asked me to help find him one or two penfriends and despite a good response to a previous ad and me forwarding on his details, he has still not received a single letter! Phil does not have access to E-mail so communication would have to be by letter. He promises to reply to all letters he receives.
