The company has been designing and creating children’s clothes for over 10 years, and offers a range of clothing and accessories for girls and boys from 3 months up to 14 years. A small and friendly company, Caramel has six stores in London and head office in Chelsea.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all store/concession operations.
Customer service management, as well as build and maintain client base.
Supervise all stock management.
Manage/develop all staff & sales.
Meet and exceed all sales and targets.
Accountability for profit and loss.
Store Admin and staff planning.

Key Attributes:
