One Small Step One Giant Leap is an award winning children's footwear retailer. We currently have a vacancy in our prestigious concession within Harrods for Assistant Manager.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 months retail management experience within a top end brand environment, or within childrens shoe retail, have excellent standards of personal presentation, a passion for retail, and the following essential skills:

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead the team to deliver a consistently high standard in this area
- Team management - including the ability to motivate your team to achieve sales targets.
- Great communication - including the ability to communicate effectively with your team and other levels within the department store, maintaining a professional outlook at all times.
- Commercial knowledge – including the ability to make sound commercial decisions in order to drive sales, and deliver consistently high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards

Experience of fitting children's shoes is an advantage - although not essential as training will be given.

Competitive salary (£18,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience), commission and discount offered.
