We are Caroline and Ian, a non-smoking professional couple looking for a flat with a garden for the summer. We are home-owners, and were trying to buy a flat with a garden but it fell through (small violins) and we are finding it very hard to get somewhere despite both our best efforts!

Please help! After years of student hardship at univeristy and law school, living in hovels with no direct sun-light, we think we deserve to finally have our own backgarden to relax in this year!

So, if you have a garden flat with direct access located in East London (Hackney South, Central, Hackney Rd, Aldgate, London Fields, Victoria Park, Bethnal Green, Spittalfields, Finsbury Park) then please call us! We can pay up to £330 per week and will be the best tennants you have ever had! We are clean, tidy and will promoise to pay our rent on time! (You can have it upfront if you like!)
