Customer Support Administrator

Caxton FX Ltd – role for Support Administrator



We are a fast growing foreign exchange company looking for a dynamic individual to help support our settlements team.



The job will involve a number of varied duties including:



* Supporting our settlements team.

* Client take-on (processing applications, checking identities on online databases (URU, Experian etc. – sending approval letters/emails).

* Customer Service – taking calls from clients, dealing with enquiries.

* General Office Admin.

* Data entry.

* Filing of transactions and client files.

* Liaising with Account Managers.



Due to the nature of this role we are looking for a flexible individual who is able to adapt to a variety of tasks. They must be able to operate in a fast paced environment and have an eye for detail.



The applicant will need at least 1 year’s office experience. Computer literacy (MS office suite) and good communications skills are a must.



Although experience is advantageous we are looking for a dynamic individual who is confident and shows a willingness to learn.



We are based in the heart of Belgravia close to Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and Victoria stations. The ethos of the company focuses on teamwork and we promote an enjoyable working atmosphere. Working hours are 8.30 to 5.30.
