We are two lovely kiwi ladies about to rent a spacious 4 bedroom semi detached house in Bounds Green at the end of November.

We are looking for one more professional female to share the house with. Ideally would suit a nice friendly person who enjoys a glass of wine, having a laugh and watching a movie now and then.
You will have a very spacious bedroom downstairs and double doors opening to the back garden.
The location is in a lovely quiet suburban neighbourhood. The décor is slightly older however this is reflected in the cheaper rent. (here you are definitely getting more bang for your buck;).

The house is in a great location

- 5 mins walk from Bounds Green Tube on the Piccadilly line.
- 5 mins to Alexandra Palace overland - direct to kingdsCross, Highbury, Old St and Moorgate (20 mins)
- Only 15 mins walk to lovely Muswell Hill
- 10 mins walk to Alexandra Palace

Rent is £450 pcm and monthly bills approx £80pcm.
1 month deposit is required and 1 month rent in advance.

Room will be available on the 27th of November, which is the move in date.

Short-term lease will also be considered of a minimum of 2 months.
