The Role

As a Graduate you will initially be given an intensive one month’s training program where you will learn all aspects of the IT recruitment process and how to work the London Market. After selecting a focus area, you will develop a varied client portfolio of some of UK’s most successful organizations. As an IT recruitment consultant it is your job to manage the whole recruitment process, and on a typical day you can expect to take client briefs, interview candidates, negotiate fees, whilst developing new business and closing deals.

Person specifications
The successful candidate will be an exceptional graduate with a flair for sales. A team player with the ability to work autonomously, you will be confident, personable and intelligent with the competitive drive and instinct to succeed within a competitive business to business sales environment. As well as this you will be utterly resilient with some evidence of succeeding in previous challenging sales environments.
