Lecturer Construction and The Built Environment
The candidate will deliver a range of Edexcel BTEC Construction qualifications from Introductory Certificate level 1 to HNC level 4 to 14 - 19+ cohorts. The candidate will have relevant industrial experience from either a construction or civil engineering background coupled with appropriate academic qualifications. The candidate will have excellent communication and presentational skills.
The candidate will be expected to deliver a variety of units across the programmes and could consist of any of the following:
- Science and Materials
- Planning, Organisation and Control of Resources
- Economics and Finance
- Health, Safety and Welfare
- Building Regulations and Control
- Measuring, Tendering and Estimating Processes
You will be a fully qualified lecturer, registered with the IfL or prepared to do so. Be able to offer 2 references and have a current CRB already.
