help scientists study love

Date posted: Friday 6th November
Location: Central London

Have you recently fallen passionately in love with someone?

We are looking for subjects who have recently fallen passionately in love with others of the opposite or the same sex.

We would like to scan your brain, to study in greater detail the neurobiology of love. We promise total confidentiality, a souvenir mug and reimbursement for travel expenses (£15/session). The results are likely to be of considerable interest to understanding the workings of the brain during one of the most exhilarating experiences, namely that of romantic love.
Whether male or female, heterosexual or homosexual, please contact us if you are passionately in love and want to help with this project.
We are a leading neuroimaging group at one of London's top universities. If you've never had a brain scan before it is quite an experience.

We will ask you to provide pictures of your loved one (the more the better) and similar pictures of other people of the same sex who you have known for a similar period of time but for whom you have neutral feelings.
