We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about food.
You will work alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef and be involved in prep for all sections of the kitchen.
We have an elegant Restaurant and cosy lounge bar doing 40-70 covers during the season. We have weddings at the hotel of up to 110.

There is live in accommodation available at the hotel. The post is full time until the end of October when the hotel closes for the season.
