About the company
Our client is a fast-growing London-based content studio in the emerging digital media industry which co-produces interview-based, factual entertainment content in partnership with events, celebrities, charities, venues and brands.
They focus on producing exclusive in-depth profiles with world famous personalities, and backstage interviews at some of the biggest events in the UK.
About the role
They are looking for inspirational Digital Media Graduate who wants to build a career in production. You need to be business minded, proactive, confident and organised to coordinate bookings and work closely with Production Manager. Strong project management skills, communication and friendly outgoing personality are a key for this role.
Key responsibilities
· Assisting with the coordination of work
· Contributing to the management of all the resources inside facilities, and schedule jobs to control and manage the work flow
· Account management and maintaining regular contact with customers
· Assisting with quoting and costing individual jobs
· Carrying out all the administrative aspects of each project
· Generating leads and conducting research for further opportunities
Skills, qualifications and experience
· Digital production/Media degree
· Excellent communication skills
· A high level of organisational skills negotiation and budgeting skills
· Precise attention to details and knowledge of postproduction business
· Some relevant experience will be real advantage
· Good IT skills
