The room is available from the 20th of December, to a single occupant only.

We've got it all... satellite TV, unlimited download wireless broadband, large lounge, huge kitchen, petite back garden, conservatory, dishwasher, washer and drier. All bills and taxes included in the rent. Great neighbourhood, quiet residential street, etc. etc.

It's a 7 minute walk to Archway tube station or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop ( 24hr bus 134 to Tottenham Court Road / 24hr bus 43 to London Bridge / bus W5 to Crouch End).

Our house is a short walk from the very posh Highgate Village centre and its excellent restaurants and atmospheric pubs.

On the far side of the village is the green expanse of Hampstead Heath, ideal for long walks and magnificent views over the city.

You will be sharing our massive house with two guys (UK, Germany) and four girls (Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland).

Your room contains a large wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a desk to pop your laptop on, and a TV/DVD combo which comes with free cable TV. The bed has a quality orthopaedic double mattress.
