Home Carers required to work with a variety of clients - children and adults with learning difficulties or disabilities to assist them with:
-Washing and Dressing
-Toileting and Bathing
-Getting up and going to bed
-Medication
-Overnights Stays
-Cooking,laundry and light housework
-General daily activities, Social Support, Form Filling - Administration
-Help with mobility - trips out and other areas of difficulty where support is needed to facilitate independence

Must have 1 year of referencable experience in care/ be able to submit into a care plan.
