Are you an experienced public sector Commissioner?

Our client is currently looking to appoint a Joint Commissioning Manager to work within the field of Substance Misuse across a Local Authority & PCT.

The purpose of this rewarding post is to lead on the strategic planning & commissioning of substance misuse treatment services within the borough. As well as overseeing and co-ordinating the delivery of the annual Treatment Plan, you'll manage the provision of Treatment Services for Adults. This will involve making funding applications and bids, drawing up tendering documents, contracts & SLA's. Working with the DAAT manager, you'll monitor performance and work towards consistent service improvement alongside partners and stakeholders.

To qualify for this post you'll require:
-Extensive experience of commissioning within the Public Sector
-Excellent knowledge of Substance Misuse and NTA guidelines, preferably focused around Adults Services
-Strong partnership working and stakeholder engagement experience
-Joint commissioning experience is preferred
