Full time Chef positions are available at the Marquis Cornwallis in Russell Square starting immediately. We are a very busy central London pub. Previous experience preferred though full training will be given. The ability to communicate with a fast paced fun bar team is essential. 


Starting from £6.50 p/h.

We would like to invite all of those interested to come to the pub for an informal interview on Monday 9th November 2009 between 2.30pm and 5pm. Please consider the following when attending:

We are recruiting for more than one pub in central London so there are up to 2 positions available
Please bring a up to date CV with you
We will expect those accepted to work over the Christmas period (we will not be opening Christmas Day)
You will be expected to work flexible hours in very busy pubs
You will be expected to have a valid working visa for the U.K.

How to get here?

It is easiest to get off at Russell Square tube station which is one stop away from Holborn or Kings Cross on the Piccadilly Line. Once you exit the tube station please take the road leading away from you slightly to the right of Tescos called Marchmont Street. You will pass a Holiday Inn on your left hand side and we are the next large building called the Marquis Cornwallis on the Corner of Marchmont Street and Coram Street.
