IT Recruitment Account Manager/IT Resource Manager

£45K base. £90 OTE + Benefits.
As IT Resource Manager your role will be to generate new business and manage existing customers for our clients' services within the service centre solutions market. Working closely with our existing customer base of over 200 blue-chip customers your role will be to leverage products to provide specialist resourcing services to our customers. The role will carry an annual GM and contractor utilisation target.
Key aspects:
Achieving set GM and FTE targetsNew business – generating new business for project, interim and permanent resourcing services
Account management – managing existing customers, relationship development and ensuring customer satisfaction
Vendor relationship – creating and maintaining relationships to identify new opportunities with end customers and/or fulfil project requirements
Lead generation – identifying new opportunities in the UK and Europe
Marketing – creation of sales collateral, presentations and attending events and seminars
Reporting – providing weekly pipeline updates and regular feedback on progress and customer opportunities
Candidate assessment & fulfilment – working closely with the Resource Administrator(s) to shortlist appropriate skills for your customer requirements, conducting reference/background checks and interviews to ensure suitability
Terms & PES – agreeing customer and contractor contracts & ensuring compliance with customer screening & security processes
Travel – expected to be predominantly UK based with some European travel
Work experience and knowledge:
Essential:
5+ years in IT Recruitment/IT Services Sales
Excellent knowledge of Service Management and/or Service Assurance markets
Demonstrable track record of Sales performance in last three years
New business and business development sales track record
Desirable:
Previous industry experience in Service Management/Service Assurance
Interpersonal skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with business and IT contacts
Ability to cope with pressure and work to agreed targets
Highly motivated to succeed and achieve target
Excellent customer service skills
Enthusiastic and natural networker
Self-starter, able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
