The available room has a double bed, wardrobe and 2x dressers. The flat has a separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom with a lovely communal garden to the rear of the building, along with off-street parking.

Rate is: £550 pcm (+half share of electricity). You will need to pay one month's deposit plus one month's rent in advance.

You will be sharing with me, early 30s, professional, easy going - I've had to re-advertise because the person who was initially going to stay has moved back to Spain.
