ROOM: Huge 3 mirror door wardrobe, hanging cupboards, shelve unit, 2 bedside tables, computer desk, chair , double bed. We are buying a new TV for ourselves, so will get the spare one to this room - to use on your own.

LOCATION: Between WestHam & Stratford tube stations 7 - 15 min to each by walk, 5-7 min if by bus. Plenty of buses, including a night one, running to all directions. Good communication - DLR, Central, District, Jubilee, Hammersmith & City lines, National Rail to take you to central London as well as to outer towns like Romford if you want to take a city break.
Local shops include Morrison, Sainsbury, there's also a market in the shopping centre where you can get cheap and fresh veggies/fruits.

HOUSE: Only 4 people at the moment, you'll be the 5th. All working, some studying as well. We keep our house clean at all times, it's not a big one, but very cosy.
Wooden floor all over, double glazed windows, central heating. One bathroom, but there's additional toilet seperately. We have all very different shedules, so there's never a need to wait to take a shower. Kitchen with all appliances and dining space. Unlimited WIRELESS Broadband.

RENT: 100 per week, payable once per calendar month in advance. Deposit will be required. All bills included.
