Seeking Arabic speaking female staff
The Learning Disabilities Service at SweetTree is growing fast. We are currently looking to employ support workers who are able to work flexible hours working with a young lady who has mild learning disabilities & complex mental health needs, suffering with Schizophrenia.
The care package is in place Thurs & Sat 5-8pm to support the service user & to plan and access community based social activities
We are currently looking for a female Arabic speaking support worker as our service user speaks Arabic and can understand some basic English. She does not verbally communicate very much through her own choice. She is known to give 1 word answers
We are keen to hire staff living within the Westminster area.
We offer a comprehensive induction and training program and all support workers are assisted by the Service Manager and the Training Manager
We offer attractive rates of pay starting at £8.50- £10.50
We are looking for people with the following skills:
• 6 months experience working with people with learning disabilities and other associated conditions including mental health experience
• experience as keyworker implementing and developing care plans
• ability to work on ones own initiative with excellent communication skills

Candidates who are available at short notice and flexible in their approach to work would be ideal. Staff are recruited on a bank contract to allow flexibility
You must be willing to come into the head office for a 3 day induction training followed by 1 day Introduction to Learning Disabilities. (All training free of charge)
Please bear in mind you must pay £38.00 for a new CRB – existing copies will not be accepted unless they are dated within the last 3 months
