Good sized furnished double room (10ft by 13ft) available Mon-Fri sharing with one other person (male) in a nice flat in a good area. The flat is part of a large Victorian house.
The flat has a new bathroom and kitchen with a washing machine, microwave etc. There’s a living room with a big TV, and cable TV and the flat has wireless broadband. The room looks out onto the gardens at the back of the house. There is a garden which is south facing, so very sunny.
The street is leafy and quiet but near the very good restaurants and bars of Stroud Green Rd. Central Crouch End is about a 15 minute walk away. There’s a good supermarket just across the road. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the park (Finsbury Park).
It is just over 10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park tube, 5 mins to Haringey railway station which goes down to Moorgate in 10 mins, and right by a bus that goes down to Finsbury Park.
£500 per month including all bills, broadband etc
