Job Purpose

To be a professional, friendly and efficient point of contact ensuring all building services and fabric are maintained to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Strong Knowledge of electrics required. (certificates in electrics are desired)
• Painting and decorating as and when required.
• Carrying out minor repairs to room fixtures and fittings.
• Provide competent hands-on skills to ensure all hotel systems including electrical, sewage, plumbing, heating and lighting are maintained in good working order and to ensure any defects are corrected promptly and properly.



All applicants must be available to work on a seven day rota.
