arvato loyalty services are an outsourcing company based in Twickenham. We work with a number of well know clients to deliver solutions using the full range of Relationship Marketing services including data management, contact centre and fulfillment.

We are currently looking for a Projects & Business Analyst to join our multi-lingual team within the H.O.G (Harley Owners Group) Europe, Middle East & Africa Member Services Team.


You will be:
• Analysing production, financial and membership data with a view to making key recommendations
• Maintaining/enhancing reporting procedures/platforms and redefining practices where necessary
• Preparing reports as defined by the client & internal parties
• Monitoring account and operational performance
• Analysing statistics and research with the aim of identifying opportunities and business disconnects/ improvements
• Mapping processes and defining efficiency/productivity indicators (KPI management)
• Maximising productivity & service level measurement with a view to achieving greater account profitability and expansion of services
• Defining and implementing quality processes for various operational and client facing aspects of the business
• Implementing mechanisms to quantify, track and increase supplier productivity while driving revenue and decreasing costs to the business/client
• Receiving client/internal briefings and delivering project specifications
• Liaising with internal/external departments to implement and oversee projects at all stages of delivery

What you would bring to the role:
• Educated to graduate level or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in pan-European operations and outsourced environments
• Proficient English language skills plus either German/Italian/French language skills
• Exceptional research, analysis and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of IT systems and data exchange mechanisms
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management and Consumer Loyalty Programmes
• Strong understanding of budgetary management and forecasting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to communicate objectives to key internal and external stakeholders
