We are a clean, tidy and open minded threesome looking for an easy going professional male or female to share our four-roomed, house in South London.

The room is a large bright double, with plenty of storage.

The rest of the house has a big communal living room with a gas coal fire; a good sized kitchen/dining room with all the usual mod cons (washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and dining table); a bath/shower; a rear garden and is set on a road with neighbourly neighbours and no parking restrictions.

We're on the Rail network with reliable llinks to London that run several times per hour and the tube is only a few minutes away.

We have wireless broadband, don't smoke and review our contract twice a year.
