Trainee resourcer
Catering Resourcer Branch Support
We are looking to recruit a team member to help cover for a period of maternity leave anticipated for one year, with a potential permanent position at the end of the period.
Essentially you must have a competent level of general office administration experience and ideally have worked in Catering to supervisory or managment level. This role will involve day to day office duties within a recruitment environment, such as screening applicants, client liaison, dealing with queries and supporting with bookings. Ideally you will have experience dealing with payroll and possess key skills in word, excel and outlook.
As we deal with a variety of clients, including event based clients, you will be expected to check in staff when required for large functions. Ideally you will be a car driver, but this is not essential for the role.
The role within the office will require you to be well presented, with excellent communication skills, polite and professional. The ability to think on your feet and react efficiently and swiftly to most situations is vital.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, our office hours are between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
