Executive Chef Darryl Healy and Head Chef Selim Massouf, are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to join their strong existing brigade.
An award-winning London bar and restaurant with a Modern British/ European menu, Village East has received many accolades – being voted among Best New Restaurants of 2006 by both The Independent and Tatler, deemed among the Best Restaurants in London in the 2008 Observer Food Awards and is recommended by the Michelin Guide.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years kitchen experience, and be able to run a section in a busy, high pressure kitchen.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work within a busy operation, with the focus being on quality, well sourced food and drink. We offer competitive rates of pay and a fantastic working atmosphere. Our small independent group is due to expand, bringing further opportunities to candidates.
We ask in return for a high level of enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, 1 year's commitment and a solid grasp of the English language!
