Gabrielle Dakers is a graduate in Fine Art. Twenty four years old. She specialises in drawing and painting. She wants to share her own enthusiasm for Art with young artists and to make it a passion for them as it is for her.

By taking regular Art lessons at home, your child will find it fun. Entice your child away from television, computers or just kicking heels for a weekly session which is creative and requires use of imagination.

Gabrielle also teaches teenagers - especially those needing help with a particular area of drawing and painting including towards exam portfolios.

Days and Times

Gabrielle visits young artists’ homes for one or two hours and takes lessons between:

10.30 am - 7pm from Monday - Sunday

Sometimes Gabrielle can fit in extra long sessions in school holidays.

Fees:

£25 an hour - 1 Young artist
£45 two hours - 1 Young artist

£40 an hour - 2 Young artists
£70 two hours - 2 Young artists

Materials: Parents should provide a basic set of acrylic paints and gouache with a couple ofvarying sized brushes for each, a palette and two water containers. Also an A3 sketch pad black sheets of paper for chalk and some with versatile paper, some sheets of paper for acrylic. (Full list provided). Gabrielle can obtain these materials if the parent wishes for reimbursement - if it is of any help. Various protective items will be needed!
Gabrielle provides a range of pencils, coloured pencils, charcoal, putty rubbers, chalk, sharpeners and pens which she takes away. She also brings worksheets and hand out notes.

One to one and shared lessons

Gabrielle teaches one to one or in pairs. Some children benefit most from one to one attention whilst others find it more fun with a friend. She works largely in West London.
