one small step one giant leap is an award winning children's footwear retailer. We currently have an exciting vacancy for Assistant Manager in our prestigious Harrods concession.

The successful candidates will:
• Deliver and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• have experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets
• have strong stock management skills and commercial awareness, and deliver high retail standards
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a high standard of personal presentation
• Have a friendly disposition with a passion for retail

IMPORTANT Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year management experience in luxury sales (Selfridges, House of Fraser, Debenhams, designer brands) or in shoe sales. Experience of fitting children's shoes is an advantage - although not essential as training will be given.
