LOCATION:

The house is in the third zone, so you will need to just buy your Oyster card for three zones, nothing more... you pay NO extra for the train. Traveling in the train is much more comfortable, it's not that crowded and you can use your phone, because you can catch the network.

1 Forest Gate (Overground to Liverpool St Station) - 2 mins by walk from the house and it takes 8 mins to Liverpool St. Station, really ! I do it every day :)
2 Wanstead Park - 1 min by walk to from the house
3 tube Leytonstone - 6 mins by bus
4 Stratford - by buses 25, 86 in 6 mins

THE HOUSE

Victorian 2-storey house. Your room is on the ground floor.
There are 2 people living in the property and with you, we will be three :)

We don't want an overcrowded place, so just single person please.

House has its own garden, that we are planning to use in summer for barbecues and parties:)-

There is 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with tube and shower in one, big living room with sofas and dining table, tv and dvd player, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, cooker, toaster...

WE HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET !

PRICE
We are looking for somebody who is working or studying and has a regular income. NO DSS.

We take just 2 weeks deposit and then you pay your MONTHLY rent in advance=> 340 POUNDS.

If you move in before the 1st, you pay the rest until the 1st.

The rent will be payable on the 1st of every month.
